Brane Mozetič (b. 1958) is a poet, prose writer, an editor and translator from French (Rimbaud, Genet, Foucault, Brossard, Guibert, Dustan, Duvert etc.). His books include twelve poetry collections, a volume of short stories, and two novels. His books have been translated into several languages, including, in English, two books of poetry, Butterflies and Banalities, and a volume of short stories, Passion. Lost Story, translated from the Slovene, is the celebrated novel by one of Europe's foremost gay writers.

"A wonderful book." --Rolling Stone (Italy)

"A terrifying, fascinating, authentic account of the 'coolness' of a relaxed and fatalist generation." --Lambda Nachrichten

“The book is a sort of implosive on-the-road novel, in which stages are round and the journey concentric, but the horizon is nowhere to be seen, . . . .” --L’Indice die libri del mese
